AND HAVE:
* A recognised health care qualification ? nursing/midwifery and
any of the allied health professions including health promotion
* An understanding of primary health care, working from a community
development approach
* An understanding of health policy and practice
* A deep understanding of Traveller issues and cultural diversity
* Group facilitation skills, group work skills and a track record in
a delivery of training
* Planning, evaluation and administration skills
* A commitment to work from an anti-racist and equality work
perspective
